What you need to know...
Dear Guests

If requested, we will be happy to welcome your dog travelling with you if small, clean and quiet (€ 10 per day).

House cleaning at the end of your stay is not included in the price. There is a one-off charge of € 70
(excluding Erde and families with dogs, total amount € 80).

All guests 14 years old and more must also pay the local tourist tax of € 2,90 per person per day. This tax is not included in the price of your stay and it must be paid when you arrive.

Kindly remember that all of our apartments are for non-smokers.
Prices
Prices are quoted for one apartment and two persons.
The charge for each additional guest will be € 6 - € 20.
Children from 0 - 2 years: € 6 for each child
Children from 2 - 14 years: € 10 per child
Over 14 years: € 20 for each child or single adult
If necessary, we will be happy to provide cribs for your babies.
Towels can be changed once a week on request for an extra charge of € 5 per person.
You can pay your bill either in advance via bank transfer, via online banking during your stay or in cash. Unfortunately, we do not accept credit cards.
After we receive your advance deposit of € 200, you will receive a definitive confirmation of your reservation.
Reservation and refund
Please send a written request for a reservation using the form published on our website or by mail.
Oral or telephone reservations are not binding.
After receiving your written request, we will promptly reply with our bank account information.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance, as the deposit of 200€ will be retained if you cancel up to 91 days before departure.
If you cancel 90 days or more before departure, the entire booked period will be charged, as will late arrivals and early departures.
Arrival and departure
Your apartment will be available from 3 pm. Please take note of this schedule.
For family reasons, we cannot arrange for arrivals on Sundays except during the two hours between 6 pm and 8 pm.
Departure must be arranged before 10 am. If departure is delayed, we will be authorised to charge you for another day of vacation.
In the event of delayed arrival or early departure with respect to the days of the reservation, we will charge the price for the entire stay in any case.
